Can I change my plan whenever I like?
Absolutely. You can change your plan whenever you'd like, and if you have a saved credit card, we'll automatically charge it once your plan expires.
Can I pay with Bitcoin? What about others cryptocurrencies?
Yes. We accept payment in Bitcoin and even offer a 10% discount on plans paid with Bitcoin. At the moment, we only accept payment in Bitcoin.
What blockchains and networks does BlockCypher support?
BlockCypher currently supports Ethereum Mainnet, Bitcoin Mainnet and Testnet, Litecoin Mainnet, Dogecoin Mainnet and Dash Mainnet. We also provide an internal Ethereum and Bitcoin Testnet so you can test your apps very easily before deploying them.
Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
Yup! We offer flexible plans that you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
Which tier is right for me?
Our powerful free tier, with access to up to 2000 queries per day and 200 webhooks per hour, is the best place to start for beginners. For teams with greater needs, you'll find a wide variety of plans, starting from the Prototype plan, on our Developer Dashboard. Finally, for large production teams who need premium support and a higher number of requests, you can contact us to learn more about our custom plans.
